Great for beginners and experienced students alike!

Join the Sadhana team for a deep dive into the foundations of your yoga practice. You will have fun learning how to safely perform some of the most practiced yoga poses (asana) as well as their benefits, contraindications, anatomy, and modifications appropriate uniquely for you! The class size is limited to ensure individual hands-on adjustments and guidance so you know you’re doing it right for your body. Transitions in and out of poses will be discussed and broken down so you can keep mindful and safe through your flow. Plus, you will have time for questions and answers, and will receive a booklet detailing the poses covered in this series.
