Join Danny Litvin for a deep dive into the foundations of your yoga practice. You will have fun learning how to safely perform the most practiced yoga poses (asana) as well as their benefits, contraindications, anatomy, and modifications appropriate uniquely for you! The class size is limited to ensure individual hands-on adjustments and guidance in each pose so you know you’re doing it right for your body. Transitions in and out of poses will be discussed and broken down so you can keep mindful and safe through your flow. Plus, you will have time for questions and answers, and will receive a booklet detailing the poses covered in this series.
Tuition: $135 for 10 class or monthly class pass holders, $185/otherwise
Dates: Wednesdays June 7, 14, 21, and 28 at 7:30pm
Enrollment: Minimum 5 students, Maximum 12 students.
