Looking for help achieving your New Year’s health goals? Let The Ayurveda and Yoga Institute help. On Tuesdays January 23 to February 6, enjoy special yoga experiences with Danny. Each class begins with a discussion of Ayurvedic lifestyle and nutrition tips and then moves into a yoga asana experience for you to get and stay healthy.
Register per class or enjoy the discount and accountability of registering for all three. Each session is completely unique and does not require attendance of the other sessions, though we recommend attending all three.
All classes are all-levels classes. While some moments of class may be challenging, modifications will be provided to ensure an experience all students can enjoy and benefit from.
January 23 – Build Strength!
Transform your body and mind by cultivating mental fortitude and focus and physical power and strength. Yoga sequencing will focus on building strength and the Ayurvedic discussion will reveal techniques to pacify soreness.
January 30 – Boost Your Metabolism
Discover Ayurvedic herbs and practices, breath-based techniques, and yoga poses/sequencing to boost your metabolism.
February 6 – Eliminate Stress!
Stress is the major proponent in most health conditions. By learning to limit the negative impacts of stress, you will find yourself more inspired and eager to make healthy choices. This class will be a stress-relieving class through-and-through with Ayurvedic and Yogic techniques to relax and slow-down.
Dates: Tuesdays January 23, January 30, and February 6.
Time: 7:00 – 8:30pm
Tuition: $25 per class or $55 for 3 classes.
