About the Yoga of Compassion

Sometimes it takes an act of compassion to restore your faith in others and in yourself. Many people tend to think that compassion is an act only intended for others but we’re here to show you that there’s more to it than that.

In The Yoga of Compassion – Restorative Yoga Experience, Tor Ribet will guide you on a spiritual journey that begins with learning to love yourself. This is the first and most important step in your journey to self discovery. Once you learn to show compassion to yourself, you’ll find that giving to others comes naturally.

In the wise words of Eleanor Brownn, “Rest and self-care are so important. When you take time to replenish your spirit, it allows you to serve others from the overflow. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.”
